What is the best treatment for dark circles that are a darker purple color under eyes?

Under eye fillers have proven to be a very good option for this.

Mind you it does not actually get rid of the dark circle but is does make them look much better and this is way more than half the battle. This is an advanced skill so you actually need to find someone who is really good at this.
