I just happened to be getting ipl/photofacials and knew it was used to remove small veins on the face, so zapped a few spider veins on my legs at home using my silk'n device, and was shocked to see the veins gone. I wanted to offer it to my friend who has a bit more spider veins, but hesitate without knowing if there are any dangers.
