I'm planning on having my rhinoplasty before getting upper and lower jaw surgery because I cannot afford to take that much time off right now, but since rhinoplasty is a quicker recovery time, I want to get it out of the way while I can. Hi, it's like the saying goes: "a picture is worth a thousand words". Pictures of your nose would help in the evaluation. Rhinoplasty can refine the nose but not much more can be said without seeing "your" nose.
