Have I Damaged my Nose by Washing my Face and Squeezing a Few Pimples?

I got my cast removed 6 days ago and have been washing my face regularly since then. I have also squeezed a few pimples/blackheads on my nose!!! I am so worried that I have done permanent damage! My nose looks fine and it doesn't hurt at all. I am so scared that I have ruined my new nose! I will no longer touch my nose at all, but I have been since the case removal! How can I tell if I've done damage? I am so dumb!

Hello

From regularly washing your nose you cannot damage your nose. It would have to be a solid hit to the nose where it makes it bleed then I would worry. Sounds like you’re ok, but you should check with your PS to double check.
