What is the Damage of Minimal Cigarette Smoking While on Accutane (Claravis)?

I have been on Claravis for about 3 months and limited myself to only smoking one or two cigarettes a week, if at all. I know that studies have shown that prolonged exposure to Vitamin A has been linked to cancer and since both Claravis and Cigarettes contain lots of Vitamin A, smoking severely increases chances of getting cancer. However does one or two smokes a week count as that same "prolonged exposure" the studies are referring to?
