I had the procedure wed morning. I havd a level 3 skin tone and had no bleeding . today is Friday mrng and I'm basically the same past 2 days a brown color not red at all. did I get too light of a treatment ? the doctor said I wasn't supposed to bleed.

Absolutely. In fact this is the MOST important factor we consider prior to laser resurfacing. Fractional CO2 can be used on all skin types, however the side effects, even when conservative low density (low percentage) modes are used on darker skin types are higher than in lighter skin types...
These are trichoepitheliomas (or the like), little follicular tumors, and can be removed with laser. They have the ability to cause hyperpigmentation at the site if not done properly with laser. I suggest you see a laser expert for an evaluation and treatment. Best, Dr. Emer.
