Getting Cystic Acne After IPL

I have an olive skin complexion. I have had 4 IPL treatments once every other week and 1 fraxel about a month ago. but i have not seen any improvements in my skin. instead my rosacea (redness, my vessels) are looking worse. Should i continue to get more treatments? Thanks
