Breast reconsstruction
Cutting the nerve to the latismus dorsi muscle in breast reconstruction will prevent the muscle from jumping during motion and may loosen the tightness. Make sure the tightness is not due to scar or capsular contracture, if there is an implant under the latismus dorsi.
