What are gummy bear breast implants?  Are they better than silicone breast implants or saline implants?

Great marketing term, Gummy Bear. If you remember when you were a kid eating those gummy bears they were irresistible you couldn't just have one. Several years back someone coined the term 'gummy bear implant' and ever since it has been one of the most anticipated and requested breast implants ever created. Currently, these cohesive gel (thick gummy like silicone gel filler) are not freely available in the United States.

In order to have access to these implants you must seek a physician who is part of the FDA clinical trials for Mentor or Natrelle's 'gummy bear implants' CPG and Natrelle 410. The new generation of approved silicone gel implants also use the term cohesive gel. The silicone gel filler in these implants has a more solid viscosity than the earlier generation of silicone gel implants, but these still aren't the true 'gummy bears'
