Are any cryolipolysis systems capable of treating smaller, 1 inch areas for lipoma? It would seem that Zeltiq only makes 6 and 8 inch adapters and have no current plans for smaller sizes. As I have tattoos, surgery is something I want to avoid even if it means multiple treatments. My derm stated that Kenalog-10 injection really doesn't work and Lipodissolve (and derivatives) are not FDA approved. Seems like cryolipolysis would be an excellent solution.
