I Have a Crooked Lips/Smile After Reconstructive Facial Surgery , What Options do I Have? (photo)

I had boat accident two years ago resulting in seviour eight hour long surgery due to my head injuries. Since then I have had a crooked lip structure when I laugh or talk. With this I also have slight swell which my surgeon said unfortunately was normal. Also my left nose area and upper lip feels tightened since tissues where damaged-according to surgeon I knew I had crooked smile but never noticed or no one told me till now that it looks crooked even when I talk.. Is there a solution to this?
