A year ago I was diagnosed with Crohens disease. As soon as they started treating me with steroids and immuno supressors my years old skin problem started clearing up. My skin was always a greyish, yellowish colour and all of a sudden it was a healthy pink and nice and firm. After 3 months they took me off the steroids and my skin started to go back to the former yellow sunken look. I also have quite a few acne scars. What can I use instead of steroids without compromising my treatment?

Acne, Acne Scarring and Crohens disease
One of the best topical treatments for acne and acne scarring is a combination of topical retinoids combined with benzoyl peroxide.
