Hello, I'm 39. The area that extends about an inch or so under my eye (straight down below my eyes, not the crow's feet area) is loose/lax, crepey and wrinkled. I've been using Retin A and it's helped somewhat. What's the best option to remedy this? Surgery, fillers, peels, laser, microdermabrasion? Thanks.

Lower lid wrinkled skin treatment
Retin-A is a great start for your skin. I feel the next step is a non-ablative light treatment like thermage. The next step up would be an ablative laser treatment, like erbium or CO2 pixels or non-pixels. Finally a pinch blepharoplasty , or skin excision, will take care of this area
