How to Permanently Get Rid of Crepey Thighs and Knees?

I have crepey skin on my thighs and knees. What can be done to permanently remove this? I'm 63, active, moderately thin, and in good health. Is surgery an option, or are there products available that will accomplish this? Thanks.
