I Have a Crease Under my Belly Button About Two Inches Long After Liposuction-- It is a Half Inch Below my Belly Button?

This is probably a visible 'track' left by a liposuction cannula (Tube). How long ago did you have liposuction? Within the past few weeks? The crease is probably mostly swelling and will subside in time, but time can be as long as six months. Six months or more in the past? The crease is probably permanent unless something is done.
