Creams for Fine Lines, Large Pores, and Freckles?

I'm from India, 27 years old, and my complexion is fair. I have fine lines under my eyes, large pores, and freckles. Im really very worried. Can you suggest some creams that can help?

Retin-A, and oldie but a goodie, should be your first line cream treatment.

Thank you for your question. A retinoid, specifically tretinoin, should be first on your list. Start with tretinoin 0.05% every night and a good sunscreen in the morning. You can then add a kojic acid or hydroquinone cream to lighten freckles. For the undereye area, you can try Olay regenerist serum, Kinerase under eye rescue, Teamine eye complex, or Obagi Elastiderm. These are good staring points and worth trying. Hope this helps!
