Any Cream for Dark Eye Rings Caused by Using Glaucoma Eye Drops?

I have been using the various eye drops for glaucoma for last three years and dark spots is more apparent as time goes by. Please recommend if I can use any cream to reduce the darkness. Thank you in advance.
