Can these horrible malar bags/festoon be corrected and flattened with a macs lift? Some surgeons say yes and some say no and I am now very confused. I have had them since youth and even after a lower eyebag surgery they are still there(I know,a different procedure) I am so frustrated with them!! UGH..Cut out most salts.drink plenty of water. before menstruation which is when the pics were taken, they look horricfic. I am nearly 49years and I hate them..surely someone knows what can be done thx
