Typically I use 1 syringe of perlane to shape each cheek. Perlane will usually Lasts about 8-9 months.
This amount gives a natural look which can always be enhanced, should you wish, with a little more Perlane.

All injections in our office are done by a very experienced board certified dermatologist. This is far more important that the price of the materials injected. For Restylane we charge $350 to $600 depending upon the size of the syringe. For Perlane we charge $600.
