Cost of Non-Surgical Asian Rhinoplasty

How much is for nonsurgical rhinoplasty for asian noses. Nose bridge augmentation (create a more prominent nose bridge). Does it charge by the vial (of Radiesse, Juvederm etc), or a set amount for however much augmentation you want/need?
