$4000-5000 is a fair price for outer thighs liposuction

You can find cheaper prices but you get what you pay for in liposuctions.  Most patients who want their outer thighs liposuctioned really need their lower buttock and maybe the back of the thighs done also to blend it all together nicely for a cost of $5500-7000.  If only outer thighs alone then $4000-5000 is fair.

It is very important that you see an experienced liposuction surgeon to determine, in consultation, if the outer thighs are all you need treated. pseudosaddlebags is a condition in which the lower buttock contributes to pushing down and out on the outer thighs making them look bigger than they truly are. In that case the buttocks can be liposuctioned conservatively to help. $5000 -$8000

That would depend on the amount of fat and or excess skin you have, where it  is done and the experience of the surgeon. $3-5000 is a range.
