It is difficult to see what exactly is wrong with your ear. Are you complaining of an indentation? Or was there an injury there?

Cost for earlobe surgery
It is difficult to completely assess your earlobe from the photo alone, However the indentation could be eliminated by excising it and repairing with fine stitches. In Southern California the fee for this would be about $375-500
