Does Cost of Fat Injection to Buttocks Include Liposuction?

I assume that the fat will be coming from different parts of the body from getting Liposuction. Mostly my abdomen, flanks and thighs. So what will I be paying for, exactly?

My liposuction on all of those areas and the Fat transfer or just the Fat transfer? I live in Brooklyn, NY. What will be my price range? Please be as specific as possible and references would be nice as well.
