Most Cost Effective Breast Lift and Augmentation Procedure?
I need a Breast lift and augmentation, I have way way over-sized areolas (more than 2 inches in diameter). My nipples are VERY shy, nearly inverted. I have NO cleavage as my breasts are far apart. LOL! Can I just start over?
I definitely want Breast Implants. Any suggestions on what I should do that would be cost effective? I want to cry. I'm so miserable.

Breast lift and augmentation pricing
The price of a breast lift with implants may vary considerably depending on the type of the procedure the surgeon and the facilities used. When considering this surgery, consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is well experienced in this combination procedure. The price will vary depending on whether saline or silicone implants are used, whether it is a small lift or a great deal of work to recontour the breast and the type of facility necessary for the surgery....

Breast implants and lift
Based on the photos, I would use a small implant to help create cleavage and a vertical (lolipop) lift to reduce your areolar diameter and produce a better shape. It is wise to seek the opinions of one or several plastic surgeons. An augmentation Mastopexy is the procedure that provokes more medical malpractice lawsuits than any other procedure in plastic surgery. So choose wisely. A personal referral from a friend or family member holds more credibility than...

The most cost effective augmentation lift procedure.
I must say the most cost effective way is do it once and get good results. These are not the easiest operations and I see many patients in my office who had the procedure done elsewhere and who are dissatisfied. Find a plastic surgeon with a lot of experience in breast reshaping who can get you the best result in one operation. Even if it costs more initially it will be cheaper in the long run.

Combined breast lifts and augmentations
Thanks for sending in your photo - it really helps to see your starting point! You clearly need a full (not just a periareolar) lift and implants to get the changes you want. These can be done at the same time but works best in experienced hands. Your starting point limits somewhat the kind of result you can get but you should have a substantial improvement that will make you very happy.

Breast lift and implants together
There are a couple of things to consider with implants and lift. Doing them at the same time is definitely more cost-effective than doing two separate procedures, though some plastic surgeons prefer that. The reasoning is that there are so many variables when combining the operations that the odds of needing a revision later are higher. However, scheduling it as two separate operations doesn't seem like a better way to go, at least to me. If you choose a plastic surgeon with a lot of...

Breast Augmentation/ Lifting Surgery
Thank you for your question.
Each surgeon’s fees will be different depending on many factors. Factors such as the certification of the surgeon, the experience of the surgeon, if the surgery is performed in the office or in a hospital / outpatient surgery center, if performed under local anesthesia or general anesthesia and who is administering the anesthesia. Don’t choose your surgeon ONLY by price, make sure they can achieve your goals. Look for a surgeon...

Breast implants and tuberous breast deformity
Hi, you appear to have tuberous breasts, which are very common. As you developed, your breast tissue herniated out, rather than grew around as in a typical breast. As a result, all of that breast tissue which would look great on your chest is now in a small tight space, and has fallen forward, creating that sagging appearance. I would recommend seeing a surgeon who has experience with tuberous breasts. During surgery, the tissue would be redraped and implants placed. The areolae can be...

Breast Augmentation and Lift
I am not sure what you mean by cost effective, but what you do need to know is that a breast lift is not a permanent fix. An implant can be permanent but a lift is not. Having said that, you do need a lift and I dont know quite what your measurements are as that does help but judging by your photo, you definitely need more than just an incision around your areola. Most likely you will need what is call a full mastopexy or the inverted T or the anchor scar, however you want to call it. ...

Breast lift with breast augmentation.
Hi!
Don't cry. In New York City, we do lots of women who look like you Here's what you need:
1) Breast lift and breast augmentation are done together. Implants not too big, maybe 200 cc's to 250 cc's. Scar either just a circle around the nipple, or a lollipop. Avoid upside down T scar, as there are more complications.
2) Areolas are made smaller.
3) I would leave nipples alone.
4) Left breast is a little larger. This can be corrected.
5) Cleavage can be improved.
6) I would also...

Cost is secondary but...
By your pictures I see that you have a significant degree of ptosis or sag to the nipples, bu t you also have a significant amount of breast tissue. My opinion would be that you would be best served with a standard "Wise" or keyhole pattern lift (anchor type). This will tend to make the breasts smaller, but will address most of the other concerns.
If you want to save money now and not burn bridges later, you may stop with the lift. At a later date, you may choose to get the...

Breast Lift and Augmentation
As the other doctors have stated, you have evaluated your situation quite well. Long term, a breast lift with an augmentation will give you the best result. Although a breast lift alone will raise the tissue, create cleavage, and reduce your nipple size, you will droop again over time. An augmentation at the same time will provide you with the upper pole fullness and cleavage you really want. The procedure would be done at the same setting and give you a great result. Make sure you find a...

Breast lift with implants.
Dear Arc,
Your assessment is correct.. You need a breast lift for sure. The lift will bring your nipples higher on your chest and at least give the illusion that you have more cleavage. The lift will also afford you the opportunity to reduce your areolar diameter.
You seem to have plenty of breast tissue with fullness in the upper pole. What is the reason that you wish to have implants? The most cost effective surgery would be not putting in implants with your lift. If you just have to have...

Breast lift versus breast augmentation
Thanks for posting a picture. It makes the question/answer much more useful. Based on the picture you would definitely benefit from a breast lift. During that procedure your areola size can be reduced. You may not need implants when you have the lift. You have significant volume in your breasts and this can be utilized to fill your breast during the lift procedure. Good luck with your procedure.

Breast lift and implants for tuberous breasts
Hello,
You look like you have a variant of what is called "tuberous breasts." Most women with this shape are looking to make their breasts more round and get their nipples up toward the center of their breasts. This will take a lift and implants. I would need to see you to figure out more. Start with an evaluation by a good plastic surgeon and go from there.

In despair over breasts needing lift
Hi Arc1982c,
The best advice I can give you is to find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. You can go to www.plasticsurgery.org and find one. Looking at your picture, great that you provided one, it seems to me that you need only a lift. The surgeon can resposition your breast tissue so you will have more fullness at the top and a bra will give you cleavage (surgery will not give you long-term cleavage), raise the position of the nipple on the breast and make the areola smaller...
