Collagen is not good in Lips
Collagen is not a good choice in the lips.
About 15-20 years ago, the Collagen Corporation, began to promote what they called the Paris lip. Originally, it was used to define the border of the lip. However, they began to promote it for injections into the body of the lip. The FDA forced them to cease this marketing effort. Such injections caused swelling and bumps.
There is a role for Cosmoderm in this area today for definition of the area, but again definitely not into the lip. Evolence...

Don't use porcine collagen!
I assume you know that bovine and human collagen are safe in the lips, but porcine collagen is not. Prices vary, but $450-600 per syringe is the usual range.
