Congratulations on your weight loss. You would be a great candidate for a tummy tuck and pseudogynecomastia repair, and possibly more depending on where else you have loose skin. Surgeon fees will vary. You should consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons who specializes in treating patients after massive weight loss. Good luck!

An exam would be necessary to confirm, but a tummy tuck would provide the most benefit.  Other procedures can be considered as well.

Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of body contouring procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.
