Body Lift: Q&A

Ask a Question

Cost of Body Lift After WLS?

After WLS I have lost 115 pounds and am interested in plastic surgery to take care of the excess skin, specifically a lower body lift. There is wonderful information on this site (thank you doctors!) but those addressing cost are a few years old.

A lower body lift will cost between 15-20 K

Hello, Thank you for the question. Prices of all elective procedure vary among plastic surgeons and different areas of the country. Expect to pay between 15-20K for a full lower body lift. You will want to seek several consultations with well trained board certified plastic surgeons that have experience with body contouring after weight loss. All the best, Dr. Remus Repta

Thank you Kirsty for your response. I have seen that page but do not know when it has been updated. I have consults next week so I'll post what it costs in the greater Boston area.

Hi there,

You can use this link to look up the average cost for any treatment. These figures are based on what other users have paid for their surgery. The average cost for Body Lift shows as $17,450. Price also depends on the city/state you're having surgery in and the particular doctor you use.

I hope this helps!
