I am considering having permanent eyeliner tattooed. How long after the procedure before the eyes no longer look 'battered' and swollen?

Make sure your Permanent Make Up artist is experienced. The swelling shouldn't last for more than a couple days. Ice packs are usually recommended to help with this.
