Can Cosmetic Take Care of Facial Adhesions?

I had four dental surgeries in two places, above my canine tooth, and below my molar on the same side. The adhesions change the size of my face beneath, and my cheek might just be enlarged itself. I am 16. The result is a big round looking cheek next to the other smaller, shapelier one. I'm getting a consultation in two days, but I'm very worried that there won't be any fix for this and that I'll have to be ugly for the rest of my life so I was wondering what you experts know on this.
