Cosmelan Treatment for Reducing Pores and Dark Spots?

I was assured that the pores on my cheeks will disappear with Cosmelan treatment. I find it hard to believe. Is it true? Can someone advise me on this? Also on my neck, I have those small black dots that eventually grow to form moles. Will they disapear too? Thanks.
