Does Cortisone Cream Have a Face Plumping Effect?

I was using Elocom cream 0.1 with eldoquinforte 4% for some dark areas on my face and I notice my thin face get plumped during this period,I liked the plumped look I have during using Elocom cream I knew it was the affect of Elocom because I tried stopping eldoquinforte 4% for a week and used Elocom only and the plumping affect was still there,while when I stopped Elocom my face looked really sagging and dark and thinner. I want to know is it normal that cortisone has a plumping affect? And does Glycyrrhetinic acid have the same plumping affect?
