Cortisone Injections and Atrophy

I have received cortisone injectiosn for once a month for the last three months. I have recently noticed that the site of the injections are slightly depressed and I now have a line near the crease of my nose. Is this atrophy permanent or temporary. Is there some thing I can do to assist in repaining this. I have acne which is clearing. I am currently on differin, aczone and spot treat with duac. I am really concerned becasue I have heard it can worsen several months after the shots.
