Can Anything Be Done to Correct Silicone Injections to the Face?

I had micro droplet silicone treatment to my cheeks some time ago. the last treatment I noticed swelling in and around the area. Once more it didn't seem the doctor hit the desired area. I regret ever going with silicone and am very unhappy with the contour of my face now.

I don't want to make the face any worse but I want to correct or lessen the swelling due to the procedure. Is there anything that can help me either topically or otherwise with my problem? Flatten the areas out perhaps?
