How Can I Correct Natural Uniboobs with a Fatty Layer Above the Breastbone? Never Had Breast Augmentation. (photo)

Synmastia/Uniboobs are mostly associated with Breast Augmentation. However I have never undergone BA but have always felt 'weird' about my breasts. I don't have a natural cleavage b'coz of a thick fatty layer covering my breastbone. Women with smaller breasts have a cleavage. Can this be corrected to get a natural cleavage? Or should I just try n lose weight and see if the breastbone or the cleavage appears on its own.

Yes try liposuction to the sternal cleavage area or weight loss, or both. Best to see in person a few consults

Symmastia

You posted two frontal views that are completely diffrent. If you problem is really fat then liposuction to the pre-strenal area. In one of the views shows you may need a lift as well.

There are three factors causing your problem 1 Excessive weight in the breasts 2 Sagging breasts (ptosis) 3 Lack of support ,most probably related to being overweight Liposuction may be of some benefit ,however breast reduction may be the best option

Thanks for replying!! Dr. Samir, actually I made a mistake in the 3rd pic (extreme right) description. It is a pic of me lying down and not front view standing up as in the 1st pic (extreme left). I can generally see a faint line while lying down like that. The question I have is, 1) Will liposuction correct the problem? 2) Will the skin reattach to the sternum or will it just hang around loose (with space between the skin and the sternum)? 3) Will fat cells from the surrounding area migrate to the empty space created by liposuction? (In which case it will defeat the whole purpose of having a lipo) 4) Which type of liposuction would be better? Tumescent, Vaser, Laser, etc. 5) I would need to have a very precise removal of fat in a very straight line (less than 1 cm) from a small area. Is this possible? Thank you in advance. In the meantime, I will read up on breast lift. I never thought i needed them. Actually the boobs are not as big as they look (maybe becoz the pics are close-up). I am 36C. and in a bra, the breasts actually look quite high up, which i found embarrassing earlier but have now come to accept.
