How Can I Correct my Lateral Buttock Depressions?

I suffer with lateral buttock depressions, that personaly I think ruin my figure. I have searched on the internet, and the only solution I find is a fat transfer to this area. But I am too thin for a fat transfer so I've been told by 2 doctors. Would round or oval buttock implants help fill out these depressions? Or is a fat transfer the only answer? Help

Filling of lateral buttock depressions

Indeed a buttock implant (round more so than oval type) typically fill in this area. I have had many patients with this concern and the buttock implants have corrected it quite sufficiently...RAS
