I had Coolsculpting done on my upper arms and abdomen, and did mesotherapy on those same areas the very next day. It was part of a promotional package to do them together, and I guess I fell for it. I'd like to know if one is better than the other in terms of losing fat permanently. I know that coolsculpting kills fat cells, does mesotherapy kill them too? Also, will I see better (or worse) results for doing them both together? Thanks!

There is no known study confirming the benefit of combining coolsculpting and ultrasound cavitation at the same time. Coolsculpting for most patients is the better approach.
Did you have the coolsculpting cool fit applicator used? 3 weeks is too soon to really tell the full effect. I would wait at least another month and compare your photos before and after and return to your treating physician for examination.
