How Long Until You See Cool Lipo Final Results?

I am 26, 5'1 and 127 lbs. I am small but I have some belly fat and not waist line at all. I recently had cool lipo procedure on my full abdomen and waist. It's day 4 and my stomach looks flat, but my waist still looks the same. Has anyone had this problem before?

Liposuction Results on Day Four

My patients often say that they can see their results the next day. But then swelling takes over and obscures the results for a week or more.
