Procedure to Contour the Lower Face?
I've always felt that my lower face was a bit "fleshy" for the lack of a better word. I'm quite fit, and don't have a ton of fat elsewhere on my face, but I feel that the contour of the soft tissue of my lower face isn't as chiseled as I want to it to be, especially now that my hair is receding and I don't have the helmet head that I used to have to balance it out. I'm not looking for Johnny Depp results, but I just want a bit more chiseled look.

Fleshy lower face- treatment
Overall, it appears that your orbicularis (mouth muscle) is quite thick, and not quite balanced by your chin.
A well placed custom chin implant might reduce that stepoff; lateral views would also help.

Increasing lower face definition
To get a more chiseled look of the face, fat removal will have to be performed, and is not encouraged. I do not recommend buccal fat pad removal. The aging process causes the face to lose fat volume and may allow for some definition along the lower face.

Prominent lips and or teeth
I would agree with Dr. Moelleken's assesment. There are many reasons for this and one that I see frequently is related to the underlying dentition. Frequently prominent teeth, either naturally occurring or as a result of orthodontic manipulation, may force an individuals lips to be more prominent or create lip strain in an effort to close the lips around the teeth.

More lower face definition
Depending on the occlusion of your teeth and the relative vertical, horizontal, and anterior-posterior dimensions of your mandible, either a well-chosen implant that wraps well-around the chin or a bony advancement, or even a combination, would be helpful.
