If I am too scared of Rib Grafting.

Radiesse for Nasal Augmentation, Rib graft, Gore-Tex

I have personally used all of the material you are mentioning for nasal augmentation. I agree that the rib harvest is a more demanding surgery and recovery. I see no long term problems with the conservative (although off-lable) use of Radiesse for raising the nasal bridge with virtually no down-time. Best Regards, Dr. Todd Hobgood
