I had a mini tummy tuck and has constipation.Thre has been 4 days .Thank you What can I do?

More fiber, All Bran, prune juice, no cheese, milk, butter, white bread, fried foods, or processed meats. Dark fruits, fruit juice, and a lot of water. The pain medicine may be the culprit in this.
