Consequences of Somewhat Hard Hit Post Septoplasty?

I'm 7 months post septoplasty and took a good knock to bridge of nose during training. This is the first time I had anything like this happen. I iced it immediately and there is no swelling and just a very small amount of pain. My breathing is still very good.

My question is what damage can a knock do to a nose post septoplasty?  I am unconcerned about the asthetics just that the septum remains OK. Also is a second septoplasty a realistic option in a worst case scenario? Many Thanks
