Confused About Pixel Aftercare: to Aquaphor or Not to Aquaphor?

I had my first Harmony 2940 Pixel treatment today at a setting of 1000. I feel sunburned and itchy now. I was told not to use any creams/lotions, etc. on my face for the 1st 3 days so as to not irritate the skin and to allow it to begin sloughing off, and then to begin using moisturizer. On RealSelf, it looks like most people are sent home with ointment or start slathering Aquaphor on immediately. I have Skinceutical cream from prior IPL treatments. When/what should I start using? Thanks.
