My main problem is nasal congestion when sleeping, esp on the lower nostril when side sleeping. My doctor recommened Septoplasty, Inferior turbinate submucosal resection and Concha Bullosa resection. Given that I never have had sinusitis, should the middle turbinate be touched during the surgery ? It only seems needed for sinus problems, not congestion.
