Titan is safe with permanent makeup
The biggest issue with permanent makeup is the short pulse width lasers known as q-switched lasers. Titan can be used safely near permanent makeup but to be safe should not be used directly over the area. Be sure the doctor who overseas your treatments is on site, board certified in dermatology, plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery or oculoplastic surgery and a member of ASLMS ( American Society of Lasers in Surgey and Medicine).
