All this talk about cankles on TV lately has me really concerned about cankles. And its not just me. It seems like everyone at my gym feels the same way.
I have always been prone to water retention my whole life, and I was wondering if these compression garments or ones similar to it would help to reduce swelling and water weight for me, or if I would just be making myself extremely uncomfortable for no reason.
Could someone please help me solve this? Please and thank you.
