When I was Six Months old, I pulled on a curling iron cord and it fell on my neck, the result being two serious burns on my upper and lower neck. I am now 22 and want the thing gone. the burn penetrated muscle tissue in my neck and prevents some motility and from having a defined chin line. I have used skin bleaches and had a few laser treatments which helped a little, but neither of these has had significant results on the pigmentation and haven't touched the issue with my neckline/ chinline.
