I know someone who hates her breasts. She wants to look like a man, wants to be able to walk around with her shirt off, and look like a guy. Is that possible?

Extreme breast surgery?

Thank you for the question. Yes it is possible to reduce a females breasts to a extreme degree. This may need to be done in more than one stage to avoid complications (with blood supply and wound healing). More importantly, the patient will need to be evaluated carefully prior to surgery from the motivational/psychological standpoint. I hope this helps.

Yes, in a simple total mastectomy, but there will be scars that are noticeable. Best to discuss your options in person with a boarded PS in your area.
