Possible to Get a Combination Surgery of Cheek, Chin and Jaw Implants
Im 22 and was looking to get cheek implants to have a more chisled face and I wasnt sure if theres any permanent alternatives that would be more cost effective or if implants where the best? I also wanted a chin implant to make my profile more attractrive and jaw implants to also look more chisled and more attractive. I don't want to look different I just want to look more refined. Is it bad to have multiple surgeries at a young age? Is it possible I will look totally different?

Implants can change the way you look so being conservative can be important
If you don't want to change your look then you might want to consider not doing anything at all. Implants will change how you look but the question is by how much. If you want to enhance your appearance, you can be conservative in your approach. I would choose smaller implants and possibly the smallest to give you a subtle change. Cheek augmentation with Chin Implant Surgery
One may have both cheek enhancement with silicone implants combined with chin augmentation too. I use silicone implants primarily for cosmetic surgery patients. Other potential options for midface or cheek treatment include fat injections, Sculptra, and Radiesse. Each cosmetic treatment has its advantages and disadvantages. Facial implants
There is no contraindication to doing the facial implants you want. Chin, cheek, and jaw implants at the same time. However I believe you can get the same results with minimal long term problem and need for maintainance is to consider FAT TRANSFER to the face instead of the implants.

At your age, there may be concerns with the longevity of the facial implants particulary when considering the long term maintenance of the result and which particular implant to use as well as the consequences on your facial skeleton. I would meet with several surgeons to discuss your options.
