Im 22 and was looking to get cheek implants to have a more chisled face and I wasnt sure if theres any permanent alternatives that would be more cost effective or if implants where the best? I also wanted a chin implant to make my profile more attractrive and jaw implants to also look more chisled and more attractive. I don't want to look different I just want to look more refined. Is it bad to have multiple surgeries at a young age? Is it possible I will look totally different?

Cheek augmentation with Chin Implant Surgery

One may have both cheek enhancement with silicone implants combined with chin augmentation too. I use silicone implants primarily for cosmetic surgery patients. Other potential options for midface or cheek treatment include fat injections, Sculptra, and Radiesse. Each cosmetic treatment has its advantages and disadvantages. There is no contraindication to doing the facial implants you want. Chin, cheek, and jaw implants at the same time. However I believe you can get the same results with minimal long term problem and need for maintainance is to consider FAT TRANSFER to the face instead of the implants.

I see nothing wrong with having the surgery you describe - cheek, chin and jaw implants performed at the same time provided they are indicated and you are a good candidate for the procedure.
