Possible to Get a Combination Surgery of Cheek, Chin and Jaw Implants

If you don't want to change your look then you might want to consider not doing anything at all.  Implants will change how you look but the question is by how much.  If you want to enhance your appearance, you can be conservative in your approach.  I would choose smaller implants and possibly the smallest to give you a subtle change.  You can do all those implants at once (cheek implants, chin implants, lateral jaw implants).  But you can always go slowly and do them one at a time and see how you like the changes. 

Cheek, chin, and jaw implants are each performed for three different reasons. Cheek implants are used to augment the central portion of the cheek to give a more full area of the malar area or submalar area. A chin implant is used to bring the chin forward and slightly wider. Jaw implants can increase jaw width and definition. There are no other permanent alternatives. It is probably best not to perform all three of these at one time since this is a major facial alteration and you are only 22 years of age, this will make your entire face look totally different.

Implants are a great way to improve appearance.  Each surgeon will have their own preferences regarding silicone or medpor or other materials.  Get a few consults prior to chossing.  When your 22 and your looking to make a change show some caution and get information about the good and bad with implants.
