10 days post eye & chin lift (both w/ fat graft) and am worried about lumpy grafts & about weird looking smile. Any suggestion?

10 days post-op; but will lumpy-feeling fat grafts improve? Just started a course of prednisone because I am quite swollen, but I am worried about the lumpy feeling of the fat, and also the fact that I can't quite smile properly -- my lower lip doesn't pull down to reveal my teeth, as before. What can they do if the fat turns out to be too much? Or about the smile? Surgeon is very experienced, well trained and know to our family, fyi.
