Hi, I have columella scar from open rhinoplasty and it's sunken and deep and cannot be hidden by make up. I had the surgery 2 month ago. I'm a model and cannot work with that scar so taking a rest right now. Please let me know when and what kind of treatment is good for my scar. And please let me know how long to heal from the treatment and when I can wash my face or so. I personally don't want to do any kind of surgery involved cutting or sawing due to swelling.
